These documents aid in problem determination, and save time resolving problems 
by explaining what information needs to be gathered prior to contacting 
Informix Support. Gathering this information helps familiarize you with the 
troubleshooting process and saves you time.

Support is working behind the scenes to make diagnose and debug problem easier 
and fulfill your troubleshooting needs. Over the time Informix Support added 
features that minimize downtime. You will see some of these features in daily 
use to reduce downtime and troubleshoot problems.
